Our office IS open; however, due to concerns about COVID-19 and as a courtesy to all parties we are making changes to our standard office procedures in an effort to protect our homeowners, tenants, vendors and office staff. Please review new procedures and policies below. 

To check out a key and view a property: Come to our office. CALL 336-431-5441 once you're here. A staff member will meet you on the front porch, we ask that you stay at the bottom of the steps. Please have your $20 key deposit and Valid ID. You can check out a key for up to 1 hour. You can check out 3 properties at a time. 

To Submit a Credit Application:  Applications can be picked up from our office, downloaded from our website or emailed to you.  Applications can be returned to our office through the back drop box. Applications will not be processed without Valid ID, a signature and a minimum of 3 pay stubs. Put all the documents in an envelope with the application fee ($25 for 1 applicant/$35 for 2 applicants) and drop it through the dropbox, please. 


New Procedure for Lease Signings:  Our office is using Docu-sign an email program for electronic contract signing. A leasing agent will set up a conference call appointment with you to go over the lease via telephone.
